Anchorman and Talledega Nights gave Will Ferrell the formula to find themes to spoof, and go with them. And like every other successful comedian, he finds out the hard way - before he learns to stop - that you can't do it for more than a short period of time.
Yes, just like every other Will Ferrell movie, there are several laugh out loud moments in this one, but they are far from enough to save this.
