Blade Trinity (2004).

The third in the Blade franchise. Westley Snipes renews his character, Blade, the Day Walker. He was born from a newly bitten Mother and has all of the strength and recuperative powers (including the thirst) of a vampire, but none of the weaknesses.

In an early chase, Blade accidently kills a vampire henchman, a familiar, while being video taped. The FBI then attacks his lair and Blade is forced to join forces with a group of young vampire killers called the Nightstalkers, led by Hannibal King (Ryan Reynolds) and Abigail Whistler (Jessica Biel), Abraham Whistler's (Kris Khristofferson) daughter.

To add to that, the vampires, led by Danica Talos (Parker Posey), her brother, Asher (Callum Keith Rennie) and Jarko Grimwood (Paul 'Triple H' Levesque) have awakened the original Dracula, Drake (Dominic Purcell) back from his sleep, to try to merge his blood to make a race of Day Walkers. The Nightstalkers have been developing a virus to kill all vampires. It needs to be merged with Drake's blood to become lethal. The problem is that it could kill Blade too.

Hannibal King has the best lines and Abigail Whistler kicks ass. Drake has never been defeated, but this time, he's got to fight Blade. Although Trinity is not really as great as the first two Blade movies, it does finish off the franchise nicely and well worth a look.
