Blade Runner 2049 is a visually spectacular film as well as doing a great job of spreading it's predecessor's story. The direction by Denis Villeneuve is truly amazing for this sci-fi blockbuster and definitely gives the film what it needs.
The futuristic cinematography and visual effects both also pack a punch and is very well done. Ryan Gosling and Harrison Ford both give great performances and it's a very moving and intriguing film.
