Review of Blade Runner 2049 (2017) by Abner A — 09 Oct 2017

It´s been a very long time since I last saw such a good sci-fi movie and sequel in general, this good. While I dont think its the perfect movie, I have to say that the storyline got me so interested right from the start, taking this new approach from the original movie, and it felt so fresh and not just made up. Talking about the aesthetics of the movie, the effects and the music are so perfectly aligned and feel like this great new universe that make me feel joy, also the moral dillemas that play throuought the whole movie invested me in thinking about humanity.

Over all its a really well made movie that will probably stand out in years to come, but dont get me wrong it still has its problems, its so long that commercially its probably going to be a flop and for the casual viewer its going to be way too confusing.
