Review of Blade Runner 2049 (2017) by Michael C — 05 Oct 2017

"Blade Runner 2049" is very well made and acted. Despite it's nearly three hour running time I was never bored. While Ryan Gosling is not the best actor in the world, he does well in the lead role as K.

At times the music was a little too loud. So loud in fact that there were time I felt I might get thrown out of my seat. Harrison Ford does not miss a beat stepping back into to the role of Rick Deckard.

However the movie is not without its flaws. I did not car emuch for Academy Award winner Jared Leto's character. That character felt rather unnecessary and slowed the movie down. Still despite this shortcoming I think "Blade Runner 2049" works and is worth seeing.
