Long winded, boring, I want my 3 hrs back please. This film is full of gratuitous scenes that are not necessary which detracts from the story itself. Ryan Goslings character is stilted and uninteresting which only comes to life at the last scenes.

The plot is good as it does nicely tie into the original film, but you lose track with all the extra scenes that should have been cut out. To make the scenes interesting the music take over and becomes the focal point when there is no action.

In short, the film is Boring, meaningless and very long winded. Wait for the Directors cut that is 1 1/2 hours and you will have a better film and save your money.
