Those stars belong to cinematographer Roger Deakins who makes the film so visually appealing you often get caught up in the look and don't always realize the cocktail napkin plot is just as thin. The mystery is not complicated enough for its three hour runtime.

It's like calling a knock knock joke labyrinthine because the one telling the joke keeps putting you on hold to answer the phone or cook dinner, and what should be a 30 second exchange takes hours.

The Cinerama Dome screening had a special guest in Jared Leto thanking everyone for coming out and saying he plays a horrible man in this. He's great in his scenes, but only gets two. His henchwoman played by Slyvia Hoeks is one of the many terrible casting decisions in this film.

Funny that Harrison Ford is walking around in a grey t-shirt when the producers received backlash over his look in the trailer they swore on a stack of digital bibles that it was teaser footage and not his actual look for the film.

Just thought that was funny. Oh he puts a shirt on over it later, so there ya go. In the end there are way too many long drawn out scenes, and useless in depth ten minutes here and there of how some piece of technology works.

I'm sure the hipsters will score this high to some how make up for the fact that they never saw the original in theaters on it's first run because they were not born or too little. Some nice actions scenes, Deckard's lair is very cool, some nice early moments with the hologram Joi .
