Review of Blade Runner (1982) by Stephan K — 22 Oct 2013

This is simply the best movie ever made imho. I love everything from the setting to the athomosphere to the plot. All the actors are at the top of their game. Be sure to get the "Final Cut" because the US Version was cut for a long time.

(for unknown reasons because the violence shown is by far not as severy as in other R Rated titles from that era (see 48 Hours from the same year)). This is a perfect movie. If you say it's slow, well then you are just too young.

Try it again in 5 years. Oh and of this one I own: the VHS Copy, Criterion Laserdisc, "Director's Cut" Laserdisc, DVD Suitcase edition, HD-DVD Final Cut, Blu Ray Final Cut and of course I own the 30th Anniversary Edition (same Version as Blu Ray Final cut but it comes with some toy or something).
