Review of Blade Runner (1982) by Daniel G — 19 Nov 2015
Blade Runner is an awesome movie if you consider the year it was made and the genre it is on. It proposed Sci-Fi themes that would later touched by many other sci-fi films. I think it does a great work exploring what it would be like to have a machine become a human, and how it can be both good and bad.
The Noir is felt pretty strongly, however I don't know if it's a must in these kind of movies, but the movie indeed feels kind of slow; too slow for my taste. Also I feel there's no much to Deck's story.
He's just like "I already retired" ..."please don't" ..."Ok".
