Review of Blade Runner (1982) by Vern H — 08 Nov 2012

While it's dark and somber, is sometimes very odd and unsettling, and it has a bleak and undisclosed, Blade Runner is still an intriguing mixture of sci-fi and noir with stunning and striking visuals, impressive and interesting sets/costumes and production values, solid cinematography, an eerie but compelling score, solid cinematography, firm direction, and along with a few other Ridley Scott works many hints and allusions to bigger ideas.
