Review of Blade II (2002) by Ceara R — 31 Oct 2011
I prefer this film to the others. the first film was good but this takes the story to another level and is a lot more serious than the third film. One downside is the omission of how Whistler survived shooting himself in the head with blades gun.
Luke Goss is brilliant as Nomak and the casting is wider and involves a lot more people. The fight scenes are grander and more elaborate thsi time round. A familiar and welcome feature is the final fight scene that is mirrored from the first film.
This one doesnt dissapoint and it is nice to see a love interest for Blade but is quite predictable in its ending.
