Review of Blade II (2002) by Matt J — 22 Apr 2010
While not as focused as the first movie, it does bring some fun new ideas to the franchise (such as savage, mutated reavers that the normal vampires are afraid of). It also brings in a truckload of new characters, some who barely get any time to shine.
Still, the prime draw is "Blade kills vampires a lot" and that's not a bad thing when directed by Guillermo del Toro.
