Review of Blade II (2002) by Petros T — 18 Aug 2017
Helmed by one Guillermo del Toro, "Blade II" is a definite upgrade on the 1998 original. The choreographies are great, Wesley Snipes is more enjoyable, the supporting cast features not only Kris Kristofferson but also Ron Perlman, Norman Reedus and Donnie Yen, the plot is very engaging and the twists towards the end spice things up considerably.
Overall, it's a very enjoyable actioner, not only but even more so when compared to the slightly hit-and-miss first film.
