Review of Blacula (1972) by Jeff B — 01 Jun 2007
Well, like Ganja and Hess, it is an interesting approach to the vampire film, but it's not as entertaining as the others. But it still is pretty engaging throughout, or rather, it left me wanting to see how the new approach would turn out.
I know there's a deeper meaning behind the film, which I get, but it just didn't come off as powerful as it could have.
