Review of Blacula (1972) by Orlando F — 22 Nov 2008
So completely awesome. No, but while on the one hand, it was very cheesey and silly, there was some thought in there. Some drama even. His noble bearing and refinement even in the face of the outrageously provocative comments of the Transylvanian count were inspired.
And, later, Mamuwalde seemed genuinely conflicted about his kin, his queen, and his curse. William Marshall is seriously AMAZING.
