Review of BlacKkKlansman (2018) by Keho7 — 10 Nov 2018
Spike Lee comes up with the right pieces to offer in "BlacKkKlansman" a solid and effective entertainment and social denunciation: this reinterpretation of a real life case of the 70s (and I say reinterpretation for the possible licenses that Lee has taken.
at the time of creating your film) not only is satisfactory during your viewing delivering fun, energy and reflection in abundance, but surprisingly is so relevant and important for the well-structured message (although somewhat inflexible and not free of dissent) that resonates with strength in our days; besides Lee, who also deserves praise is the competent cast that the film has at his disposal, particularly the performances of a notable John David Washington as the protagonist of the show and a faultless Adam Driver as Stallworth's co-worker.
