Absolutely heroic, loud and in charge of itself. With wit sensitivity and an enormous area to cover that was done fluidly and with every ounce of emotion that you would expect. It took me everywhere I thought it should.

I am proud and dismayed, dymystified and ashamed, grateful and inspired. Awake in a different way than I have been. There was a second where I couldn't identify my emotion. Then I chose to stop forcing and allow and I went on the ride that Spike intended.

Brilliance all around. Everyone in the cast deserves major recognition. The first definite and unmistakeable Best Picture and Best Ensemble body of work for 2018. If you can't tell, I loved it.
