Review of Blackfish (2013) by I N — 01 Jan 2014

According to the documentary "BlackFish" the only time whales are killers are in captivity, driven in small tanks, sometimes attacking each other or their trainers, there's no record that a whale kills someone in the wild here.
This fascinating documentary examines the killer whale Tilikum, who caused a few deaths in captivity.
The main death is trainer Dawn Brancheau as a backdrop, some people say her death was the whale by falling in the water and being pulled down and drowned.
She's the reason behind this documentary providing us with a lot of interesting and jaw-dropping evidence we find out also from director Gabriea Cowperthwaite.
We get a lot of the information from former SeaWorld employees and showing videos they recorded the past like 20 years, some of them are trainers getting in accidents, and whales getting caught.
Whales may not speak our language but these big fishes understand us and we can understand them. They have big brains. The one thing we need to do for whales when they get older and be at these tanks for long time just set them free, doing that will have you a Free Willy moment. Now after this eye-opening documentary you can never imagine SeaWorld the same way you did before.
