As a 14-year-old, I was taken by my parents to SeaWorld in Florida. Whilst there, we watched the killer whale Shamu *show*. SeaWorld ruthlessly spins itself as some kind of conservation utopia for these creatures, and back then I was too young to understand the horror behind this entertainment.
I am mortified that I ever set foot in that cruel circus. Everyone should see this film. Heartbreaking.
