Yes, these whales live horrible lives. Yes SeaWorld is a business and they are mostly in it for the money. I tip my hat to their decision to terminate the breeding program, but also in regards to all the awareness they have brought to millions and millions of people who attended the orca shows.
I was one of them and they were all moving experiences I will never forget. At least partially because of them I will forever honor the sea and all its inhabitants.
