Review of Blackbeard's Ghost (1968) by Bobby D — 02 Nov 2010
Starts out a bit slow but has some really fun gags later on. Dean Jones is simply a Disney every guy legend and Suzanne Pleshette is not only a very funny comic actress but is so sexy whenever shes on the screen the room temperature increases 10 fold.
You can tell as Dean Jones turns into Clampett Wolf whenever she appears. A dissapointment was the film quality of the movie. It's as if Disney STudios was using the remaining prints as curbs for the parking lot.
A real shame as other films from that era have preserved better.
