Black Widow is a quite entertaining movie, but doesn't really do anything special enough to warrant its constant release delays. The films overall plot is fairly weak, relying mostly on circumstantial things to move it forward, but the character dialogue is quite good.
Black Widow is fun and worth a watch, but it has many problems and there is no reason this shouldn't have been released half a year ago on Disney +.
