The stars, Johansson and Pugh, both turned in a solid performance; however, neither of them were able to drag this terrible story out of stunning mediocrity. The writing was just a poor mans rehashing of so many of the other MCU movies with worse jokes, worse characterization and worse story.
The CGI was beautiful as always. But forgive me for expecting more from what is suppose to be the next superhero blockbuster about a beloved MCU character and a tribute to her part in this story.
