Review of Black Snake Moan (2006) by Erin C — 06 Dec 2009
Very stylish delta blues driven southern flick. All the staples of the deep south like the blues, the church, and racism all make it feel like an authentic experience. Yet at times it never feels like a film ever set in true reality.
I suppose in the end the moral of the story is that we are all people with a past, and most of our choices in the future are built upon that idea.
