Review of Black Snake Moan (2006) by Tuukka P — 10 Jul 2012
In the deep south an old black man decides to save a young woman from herself and in the process maybe even himself by tying the said woman to radiator wth a chain until she's fixed. Powerful performances from Ricci and Jackson who make a somewhat tricky story and premise work.
Definitely a quirky one not for everyone's taste but as a whole this is refreshingly original even though some plot points seem a bit weird.
