This movie was sort of interesting, but ultimately pretty bad. Not one of the characters in this flick seemed consistent or at all accessible for me. I thought the overtly sex-driven nature of virtually every aspect of this film seemed extremely mis- guiding in the way it was presented, because much of Christina Ricci's character's behavior stems from the devastation of being sexually abused as a youth; and that part of the story wasn't well developed.

I think the film is a little sloppy and insensitive in that regard, choosing to be provocative at the expense of being thorough...
