Review of Black Snake (1973) by Brandon S — 12 Dec 2009
Blaxploitation film from Russ Meyer is a little different than his normal fare, but still enjoyable. Black Snake is a period piece that takes place during the early 19th century and focuses on a slave revolt.
The film is not Meyer's greatest, but it's a nice change of pace and the ending scene is pretty funny.
