Review of Black Sheep (2010) by Sarah E — 20 Jun 2010
Black Sheep is not BAAAAAAd. It's SHEER goodness.
Have you had enough? I could go on with the sheep puns. This movie's worth it. A flock of sheep is infected with a virus that makes them hungry for human flesh, and only a former shepherd (who is now afraid of sheep) and a plucky animal rights activist can save New Zealand from certain destruction. The movie is ridiculous and hilarious camp and utter nonsense from start to finish, but it's just the kind of gorey, horrific nonsense that zombie fans like myself will love to watch. No biting social satire, no original, witty-ass comedy: Black Sheep is a lot of good fun.
