Review of Black Sheep (1996) by Darrin M — 26 Feb 2009

A horror comedy that seems to think that being about sheep is as much effort as it needs to make on the comedy front. But even the sheep gag isn't funny, because it doesn't matter that they are sheep. They could be any creature at all, including people, since they don't act like sheep, they're just zombies.

When Black Sheep isn't pointlessly gross, which isn't often, it is quite boring and utterly uninvolving. A wasted opportunity, tedious and disgusting with no plus points at all. The title isn't a pun, it's a description - this really is a disgrace.
