Review of Black Sabbath (1963) by Stef B — 23 Jun 2009
Mario Bava is such a great, immensely talented (I'll dare to say) poet of the Italian horror movie- particularly with Karloff's segment with him as the vampire-but-not-called-a-vampre- that I can mostly forgive some weak acting and dialog in places.
I could watch Bava's lighting and compositions all day, and you should too if you have any passion for horror movies.
