I love the way they used colour in this movie. Fall of the House of Usher with Vincent Price is another 60s movie which makes similar use of colour. Black Sabbath is three unrelated tales of terror. None of the three are bad, but I liked the first and third best.
The first two are best described as ghost stories. The third is a vampire story, based on a Tolstoy story I believe. Black Sabbath has Boris Karloff; he narrates and plays the vampire.
