Two American cops escort a prisoner (who happens to be a member of the japanese mafia) back to japan. When the prisoner escapes they find themselves constantly running into problems with the Japanese police, through both the language barrier and local politics, in they're effort to track down the fugitive..
Very entertaining action movie from beginning to end. No question one of Michael Douglas's best roles..
