Review of Black Rain (1989) by Aaron G — 14 Oct 2007
I was a bit surprised that I didn't really care for this. Guess my hopes were too high, with Ridley and Douglas in the mix.
Douglas' character seemed forced, like he isn't living and breathing the role. Andy Garcia I found to be an annoying, shit stain of a thing. His way-too-long kareoke scene is almost unbearable.
Nothing I noticed from Ridley that stood out either... bummer.
