I thought it was a very good action movie about two NYPD officers played by Michael Douglas and Andy Garcia extroditing a Japanese Yakuza member back to Japan and when they bring him back they both get caught up in a Yakuza War! It was a pretty good action film but it could've been better! Michael Douglas and Andy Garcia did a good job leading the cast in the film and the story was good but there were some scenes with dialogue in it that sometimes bores me but it was a pretty good action film!
