Heroic effort at film making and special effects. However, it all comes off as terribly confusing , bumbling, and awkward. Acting is stiff and self conscious. The backgrounds of landscapes and city train tunnel were interesting.
The theme of local rule is commendable, but this movie is really not worth seeing.
