It could have been better.
Spoilers ahead.
There were too many cheezy lines thrown into the movie. Erick Killmonger's last line felt like it came out of left field and almost made me laugh in the theater. The movie was not about slavery at all and he brings it up in his last words.
Also the Black Panthers friend turns on him way too quickly just because of a failed mission.
The kings sister wasn't believable as someone smarter than Tony Stark and all the crazy vibranium inventions were also a bit of a stretch.
And come on... the Rhinos! I heard people laugh in the theater, so ridiculous!
Overall it was an ok movie. The effects were beautiful.
The fact that it is rated so high is because of the movie's politics, not because it was that good of a movie.
