Thrilling, ambitious and emotionally resonant, "Black Panther" is a breath of fresh air for the comic-book genre. Unlike other films in the genre, it works due to great character development.
Bringing the characters to life is a fantastic cast of actors. Chadwick Boseman delivers an excellent performance in the titular role, and he is supported by an astounding cast. Although the movie follows a predictable story arc, it is made with creativity and imagination that is rare.
As far as the year's comic-book movies are concerned, they better suit up and get ready because it is going to be a difficult job to top this one.
