Review of Black Hawk Down (2001) by Eric K — 14 Jan 2011
Wow What an intense film. Really gives you a sense of the heroism and fog of war. At times you forget it's a movie it is so complicated and well done. I'm not a huge Ridley Scott fan but this is a great piece of filmmaking.
A real tribute to American Heroes (altho it makes you feel isolationist despite it's "Making a Difference" mantra).
