Review of Black Dynamite (2009) by Robert I — 15 Jun 2010
Ah, the intentionally bad movie. It's hard to tell if it's satire of how bad blaxploitation films were, or if they're just having fun. Either way, I laughed a lot. Something tells me this film plays better with a huge audience rather than just me shouting at the TV. Regardless, my own criticism is that it seems to be lacking the finesse of "Garth Marenghi's Darkplace", the king of intentional bad media. But really, it's good at what it does and what it is. DYN-O-MIGHT!!!
Before Seeing: This had one of the best trailers I've ever seen.
