Review of Black Dynamite (2009) by Lee W — 23 Jul 2011
Inspired spoof of 70s blaxploitation flicks, with missed cues, visible boom mics and nonsensical plots the order of the day.
After clearing the Chicago streets of the pushers selling smack to the orphans, the titular CIA agent discovers a deeper conspiracy involving "kung fu treachery" that goes all the way to The Honky House.
Genuinely funny, this is what Tarantino and Rodrigues should have delivered with Grindhouse.
