A pitch-perfect send-up of low-budget blaxploitation films that blends together the action-packed machismo of SHAFT, the bass-backed funk of SUPER FLY, and the revenge-fantasy of THREE THE HARD WAY. Hilarious, even if it suffers from some of the same problems-meandering plot, problematic representation (even if it is really tongue-in-cheek)-as the films it spoofs.
