Bela Lugosi is the man, but this isn't all that good. I think the main issue was the order in which information is presented. I had no idea the people being killed were FBI agents until the ending flashback, and ever that was hard to follow.
A mish-mashed movie of disorder, but entertaining enough. I guess.
