Set in the year 1348 during the plague in England. The story depicts the superstitions and horrors of the Christians and the Pagans.I wasn't really expecting much going into this but I was really impressed by a great story that really leaves you thinking.
The cast led by Sean Bean from Lord of the Rings and Game of Thrones was excellent. Especially Carice van Houten who I thought did a great job with her character. The movie reminded me a little of Witchfinder General and the original Wicker Man and is well worth checking out.
