(2011) Black Death.
HISTORICAL DRAMA.
Monk Osmund (Eddie Redmayne) volunteering to lead knight Ulric (Sean Bean) and his men to a particular village to face necromancers and demigods something to do with getting rid of the plague.
Somewhat a realistic bleak pessimistic reflection about what it was like back then when people believed in witches and so forth except that it's depressing and that there's no one to root for.
