Brilliant fight scenes, crazy plot jumps and twists, and engaging dialogue among all the characters in this film. I must say that to understand where this film picks up you must see The Foreigner first, and though I've seen Black Dawn, I only understand 66% of the movie, so I will buy The Foreigner on dvd and then this movie and that movie will make much more sense.
Go Seagal, kill those baddies! With some tight Aikido! I forever respect Steven Seagal for his causes, music, and efforts in this world and life!
