Why was a sequel made to "The Foreigner?" Even as Seagal's direct-to-video excursions go it was pretty lame. Here's a fun game: instead of counting the number of times you can see an obvious stuntman doing Seagal's fights, count the number of times you can see Seagal doing ANY of his own fighting.
You'll have to watch pretty close.
