Review of Black Dahlia (2006) by Minny W — 15 Sep 2008
Nice stylish film noir-atmosphere and bunch of great actors. But if you scratch the noirish surface, there isn't much emotion under the style. Have to appreciate the circumstances josh hartnett's character is under, banging both, scarlett johansson and hilary swank ;) the one problem that beat me in the plot, was that maddy and betty weren't same-looking at all, left me confused.
Basic DePalma thriller, nothing more.
