Review of Black Dahlia (2006) by Tim F — 29 Mar 2009
I really enjoyed this film, not alot of people did, I remember when it first came out to theaters, I was really excited because I am a huge buff when it comes to unsolved mysteries and serial killers, and I absolutely love Brian DePalma.
At first the film was confusing and sort of unrelated to the Dahlia murder, but once it took off then it sort of came together, and it all connected in the very last fifteen minutes of the film. I thought it was just great.
And having rewatched it today on dvd (I haven't watched it since it was theaters) I can honestly say that the film was a lot better because I had the knowledge of how it ended, and everything connected better and it didn't feel clumped.
