Review of Black Dahlia (2006) by Grant W — 16 Apr 2009
One of the most interesting cases in murder history and Brian de Palma makes it boring. At just under two hours it drags and doesn't explain anything at all. Except the ending with the huge explanation that seriously builds and builds and turns out to be person you thought it was the whole time! The acting is not exactly oscar caliber, but at least the film looks somewhat nice.
