Boring, believe it or not. I was expecting something thrilling and gruesome, but I wasn't really following, and I don't think it was because of the regular interruptions.
It's a 1940's film noir, which is part of the title, at least the French translation. A little kitchy. The flirtatious, "who cares", attitude. Smoking anywhere, anytime.
It's two hours but I've only gotten under an hour in, and I don't think I'll be finishing.
